ROUTINE SHREDDING SERVICE…
Want an actual security program? We build a dependable working relationship with each and every client. Global will not only service you, we will get to know your business…
For many industries, shredding has become an integral part of a sound business model, but many shredding companies do not do enough to protect you. Regulation has responded to the increasing trend of criminal misuse of information, and businesses are learning the hard way that following compliance regulation is well worth the relatively minimal effort involved. Compliance, however, is a job in itself, and can carry a different set of rules and standards for each industry. This is the reasaon we don’t take a single approach with all of our clients. Since not every organization has a compliance officer in-house, an overwhelming number of business owners and managers are unaware of the compliance measures they are required to take. We will assess your specific needs and help you set up a security program to evidence your compliance and shield you from the worst case scenario. If Security matters to you, Go Global.
OUR PROCESS IS MORE INVOLVED…
1.  Consultation: As a member of NAID (National Association for Information Destruction), we consult you on regulation pertaining to your industry and help you design a “secure program” that fits your specific business. We will help you set up a program geared to minimize risk through compliance.
2.  Program Setup: Global works with you on-location to implement your security program (contact us for specifics), and we provide you with containers free of charge (any combination of 95 gallon, 64 gallon, or 30 gallon office consoles).
3.  Servicing: After procedures are established and bins are placed, we will service the bins as needed, backed by a software generated route schedule. If you need additional servicing, we are a phone call away. You will get a person on the line, never a call center as with our larger competitors.
4.  Evidence: We provide your company with a program summary document identifying the steps taken to setup your security program. This way you can give your clients, your company, and yourself peace of mind in knowing that you are taking the appropriate steps. Additionally, after every shred, you will receive a physical “Certificate of Destruction” providing you with evidence of industry regulation compliance.
